	Lactose free and a good addition to my diet
	As a health coach and a grandpa, I am constantly looking for new and healthy ways to feed my children and grandchildren. Ghee is interesting because it has no hydrogenated oils and is lactose free because all the milk solids have been removed. Consuming healthy amounts of ghee can help with your digestion and 1 tablespoon equals almost 4 tablespoons of butter. This particular brand is high quality and is alwasy fresh. Definitely a good addition to my diet.
